S_odc5fot1Our model today used to have and wear 34C bras. However, she has not been wearing bras in this size for a long time now. In my video you can see her wearing her last remaining 34C bra.

What does this bra do to her breasts? My answer would be … nothing.

A bra is an item of clothing which is typically worn by many women to conceal their breasts and which unfortunately has absolutely nothing to do with lifting and enhancing the shape of their breasts.

I am far from saying that as such this particular bra is a bad choice. No.

It would probably be a good choice for a woman with completely different body measurements and breasts of a completely different shape and size.

Well, the good news is that we can draw a veil of silence over this bra and treat it as a thing of the past as at present our model's favourite bra is a 30FF (30H) Estelle bra from Freya.

When the video was filmed our model was just before her period. In the days before a period many women's breasts become enlarged and tender. Normally, a 30FF (US 30H) bra provides a perfect fit for our model but as you can see in the video with her enlarged breasts this size is a bit too small.

The band sits flat against her ribcage, but the cups are too small in volume. Her breasts have a slightly sagging appearance in the lower part. If we were to pull up the straps the cups would not be able to fully encase her enlarged breasts.

If you were to pretend that this bra was indeed a good choice you would have three options at your disposal.

You could:
1. loosen the straps
2. resign yourself to the fact that there would be bulging above the bra line
3. push your breasts into your armpits to make the bulging less visible.

None of these methods offers a solution to the problem. They are only half measures which we all use when we have no other choice. However, the goal of this series is to find your perfect bra.

Since our 30FF (US 30H) bra has the right band size but the cups are too small let's try a bra with the same band size and go up by one cup size (UK 30G, US 30I). The next bra to be tried is also an Estelle from Freya but this time it has a different colour.

Is it a good fit? The cups are the right size but the band is too tight!S_odc5fot2

In the video you can see me trying with all my strength to pull the band outwards from her back but all I manage is only about 1 inch. This band size is too small.

We replaced our 30G (30I) bra with a bra whose band was one size smaller (32) but at the same time we had to go one cup size down. I later checked if our new 32FF (US 32H) bra offered a good fit.

As it turned out that it was a perfect fit in all respects.

In the 3D photos you can see for yourselves how much the appearance of her breasts can change. All you need to achieve this effect is a change in your lingerie sizes!
